Lever for people and nature.

We are a network of urban experts with a regenerative mission. Together with the local community we develop places where people and nature thrive. To achieve this, we work together with architects, governments and initiators.

In a democratic society it is evident that citizens can co-decide on their neighborhood.

That is why participation and design always go together in our approach. But information is not the same as participation. Participation means having a dialogue and making choices. With co-creation, we like to take this a step further: we help citizens, stakeholders and actors to co-design and take initiative.

Complex ecological and social challenges require alternative urban development models.

We draw up a transparent urban business plan in which ecological and social added value comes first. Much more than just financial real estate calculations, we also integrate the necessary technical and legal knowledge to make impactful projects feasible. This way we connect landowners, governments and other initiators in a targeted development project.

To achieve higher ecological and social ambitions, governments must dare to innovate.

This starts with seriously questioning outdated regulations. Instead of thinking in terms of what is allowed and what is not allowed, we must ask ourselves ‘what is needed?’ to be successful. Based on our urban development experience and knowledge of local authorities, we happily help to draw up futureproof policy instruments.

Today the problem is often no longer a shortage of knowledge, but a lack of integration.

We regularly organize training courses and workshops where we share knowledge about urban transformations with ecological and social impact. However, we do not believe in a theoretical curriculum or expert monologues. We always ask our participants to bring their own challenges and projects that we can immediately start working on together.
