Anja has been active in real estate development for over 20 years. She has worked for various real estate developers and investors on mainly residential projects in both urban contexts and more rural areas. Her extensive experience, ranging from acquisition and negotiations, feasibility analysis to management of the construction process, gives her a broad view of the entire real estate development process. This enables her to provide targeted advice on development projects, real estate transactions and the management of real estate portfolios.




Anja is driven by the ambition to shape a warm, sustainable living environment for various target groups together. With a keen eye for the potential for the future and an emphasis on inclusive projects, she also likes to take on the role of process manager. In doing so, she always looks for opportunities for well-considered, attractive and affordable forms of housing that reconnect young and old.
