Guillaume studied civil engineering at the ECAM Brussels Engineering School and obtained a master’s degree in management of the ICHEC Brussels Management School. He has more than 10 years of experience as a project engineer and structural engineer working for various firms. With a deep understanding of structural mechanics, he has delivered demanding projects involving high-rise buildings, basements, and retrofitting existing structures. Focused on innovative materials, sustainable practices and efficient construction, he has dedicated his career to pushing the boundaries of structural engineering.
Guillaume likes to be at the forefront of challenging projects where he can demonstrate his commitment to circularity and carbon reduction. From complex structural analyses, material optimizations and even pioneering new materials, he always looks for creative solutions to reuse existing structures and maximize the efficiency of materials. He thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver impactful projects successfully. One of his key innovations is TimberClay: a bio-based timber-clay flooring system for residential and office buildings.
