Daiana Zamler

biophilic design / health

Daiana studied architecture at the Universidad Abierta Interamericana and later obtained her PhD at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario in Argentina. As a researcher, she has specialized herself in environmental psychology and responsive design for physical health and emotional well-being. She founded LAbP | Living Lab where she led a team of over 20 collaborators and developed a framework for translating environmental psychology principles into actionable design strategies. In addition, she has served as an associate professor and lecturer on the topic of environmental psychology.




Daiana is passionate about integrating architecture and nature and her work is rooted in a biophilic approach, tapping into humans’ innate connection to the natural world. Her aim is to help create spaces that promote focus, movement, social cohesion, and overall happiness and health, while contributing to flourishing environments. Apart from her expertise in project management and innovation, she fosters cross-disciplinary collaborations and excels at facilitating partnerships across private, public and academic sectors.
