Ilse is a real estate expert with more than 25 years of experience in (re)development projects. She started her career as the right-hand woman of project and site managers on large construction sites and gradually specialized in the process management of complex real estate projects. She worked for various real estate developers on mixed-use urban renewal projects, reconversions and repurposing of heritage. In preliminary phases, she focuses on, among other things, co-creation of programs, market research and feasibility studies in the broadest sense.

Ilse attaches great importance to an integral approach to sustainability in order to realize feasible, future-proof solutions. By communicating openly with all stakeholders, she builds social support and ensures that projects are aligned with policy and regulations. Ilse is also actively involved in various cooperative initiatives around housing, energy and climate.
