Ive is an experienced lawyer with over 20 years of experience in public and administrative law, specialising in environmental law and public procurement. His expertise covers real estate development, real estate transactions and litigation. He has extensive experience with government contracts, PPP projects and administrative procedures for, among others, the Council of State and the Council for Permit Disputes. He also holds a certificate in Environmental Mediation (University of Antwerp) and likes to combine his legal knowledge with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

Ive advises and assists real estate developers, SMEs, investors, governments and private individuals with legal challenges in various sectors and projects, including urban development, infrastructure, renewable energy and healthcare. He is co-founder of the law firm Vectilex and is also a speaker at legal conferences.
