Tom Vandewiele

feasibility

Tom started his career at Deloitte, where he was active in acquisitions and mergers. After a short stint as financial manager in a start-up, he started working for a property developer and investor in religious and healthcare real estate. As the person responsible for the acquisition process and the financial analysis of potential investment projects, he deepened his knowledge of real estate calculation. Since then, he has provided support in feasibility analysis to various urban actors such as landowners, investors and architects.

Tom’s analysis always rests on three pillars: the program, the users and the return. Each project must create added value for both the environment and the users, but must also always be financially feasible. He is also happy to answer questions about existing real estate assets and guides investors in making substantiated decisions based on a rational approach and from a financial perspective.
